Eligibility and safety

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.
• Use only compatible hardware, follow its instructions and safety limits, and stop immediately if operation becomes unsafe or uncomfortable.
• The app is a hardware-control utility and is not medical advice or a medical device. Do not use it where electric, mechanical, or wireless operation would be unsafe or unlawful.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and activity performed through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harm others, access devices without authorization, bypass safety controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware, violate law, or infringe another person’s rights. Remote-control features require the informed authorization of everyone affected by the operation.

Availability and updates

Features may change as hardware, operating systems, and regulations evolve. The Google Play edition receives app updates through Google Play; separately distributed editions may use a different update channel. We may suspend a feature when necessary for security, maintenance, or compliance.

Your content

You keep ownership of recordings, names, and sequences you create. You are responsible for obtaining consent before recording or sharing another person and for complying with applicable privacy and recording laws.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or compatible with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
